Architect Noel Q. Santiago Jr. graduated in 2016 from Technological University of the Philippines - Manila (formerly PCAT) with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Architecture. Upon receiving his architecture license in February 2018, he started practicing his professional architectural design career as private practice Architect handling various projects from planning and designing of new construction, extension and renovation of residential type structure, commercial, architectural interiors and designing furniture. Currently, he is doing outsourcing CAD works per project based from Cambodia as Virtual Assistant Architect.
Because of lacking opportunity after he graduated Technical Drafting major in Architecture from 2010 (ladderize course leading to Bachelor's degree) program offered in the same University, he started and focused working as Freelance Draftsman / Designer offering and providing CAD drawings and at the same time as a support to his father's work and as well as with other clients. With this experience, he decided to learn and pursue more knowledge about the field of Architecture and eventually continued his education and passion.
He honed his design and planning skills by working with Private Architects and Engineers prior before taking the Architecture Licensure Examination which included to his Diversified Architecture Experience.
Architect Noel Santiago is an active member of various local organizations such as the Philippine Institute of Architects (the oldest architectural organization in Asia) and the United Architects of the Philippines. Though, as a young Architect he wants to be involved promoting Filipino Architecture and sustainable design.

WORK EXPERIENCE
PROJECT ARCHITECT February 2018 – Present
PRIVATE PRACTICE / SELF EMPLOYED Bacoor City, Cavite
Duties and responsibilities:
- Attend meeting, present design concept, idea and plans to client pertaining to the project needs.
- Prepare bill of materials, cost estimate and technical specifications for the project.
- Support the client project requirements from document preparation to building plans application for construction permit.
- Conduct site inspection and coordinate with other allied profession and skilled workers.
- Provide complete architectural, structural, electrical and sanitary / plumbing working drawings to various clients from the city government by out sourcing.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Involve in project design and working drawings production.
