Proposed School Canteen Architectural Interior and Renovation Design

Concepts & Schematic Design Phase (2019)
The owner was planning to renovate their existing school canteen by enclosing the whole area for both visitor and students privacy during break time. The aesthetic treatment used for the facade was glass and ACP Cladding as per advice by the owner. Modern designs are applied to experience the outdoor type fast food store with coffee shop / food kiosk vibe inside while incorporating the official School logo as their brand. This development will provide the school a new Den for the CSSM community and enhance the school image mission and vision as a member of Lions Club.

Two - Storey Commercial Design

Design Development Phase and Permits (2018)
This Two - storey commercial building has a car wash and an office area on its ground floor, a multi - function hall with kitchen and comfort room provisions located on the second floor. The Architectural design was Minimalist and an open planning concept. The building was located on a vacant lot near the owners existing residence.
