An IT professional and a sporty single male wants to have his first house to look like a loft type - residence and build near their existing house. Having a total floor area of less than 50.00 square meters, the design focused on Modern Tropical - Minimalist with Industrial touch as per client's desire. Large fixed windows and jalousies are emphasize on the exterior facade allowing natural lighting inside and passive cooling during day time. An earth tone colors was applied for both inside and outside aesthetic finishes.

The client wants to have an additional one storey residence for a single family within their residential apartments. Simple design are applied on the facade without giving too much details and ornaments. Neutral color swathes was used to make sure that the facade was not plain.

A Cambodia based Designer wants to extend their acquired corner lot located in a subdivision along Cavite proper. The client plans was to improve the aesthetic ambiance of the two - storey townhouse from an economic housing type into a Modern - Contemporary Architectural Design. Living Room and Kitchen Area are extended on the ground floor near garden for additional space making it bigger while rooms and terrace are added on second floor for his growing family.

The Married couple lives in Germany for a long time and the wife wants her 3 decade high-ceiling residence to have an additional bedroom with toilet, laundry area and a terrace considering to be their "vacation house" whenever they have plans to retired in the Philippines someday and will also be use as transient type house for their visitors. Contemporary Architectural style was used to make their old house looks modern yet simple. An overhang shed type of roof was used to make the exterior bigger, airy and spacious. Earth tone color scheme was used on its exterior from stone cladding and finishes so the whole facade will bring up the contemporary vibes design

The Owner wants their existing house to be improved and expanded. The Two Storey Residence will have an additional roof deck and a balcony on its second floor. The Architectural design was Modern Tropical inspired. Earth tone colors are used to compliment and balance with Stone and Wood Cladding on its facade.
